Join us for a two day Heels Intensive with Natalya Z (ZTHEORY). On Saturday May 2nd : Build a foundational toolkit for dancing in a heel! We’ll dive deep on technique using ZTHEORY’s training method and work on strength, balance, lines, across the floor exercises, and a short combination. Join us for the second day of a Heels Intensive with Natalya Z (ZTHEORY). On Sunday May 3rd: Refine your heels technique and apply it to a piece of choreography. We’ll warm up, practice combinations across the floor, and work on choreography with plenty of attention to detail.
